Shipping Policies

*We offer FREE economy shipping on all orders with subtotals over $25, unless otherwise noted. Free economy shipping via USPS First Class mail, is available for orders with a delivery address in the lower 48 states and to military families with an APO or FPO.

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may be charged exact shipping at the time of shipment. If you provide us an incorrect address or failed to comply with your area’s postal standards, resulting in your order package being returned, you will be responsible for the second shipping charge.

The address that we ship to is either your default PAYPAL ADDRESS or the one you manually type in. So please make sure that the address within your Paypal account is your current shipping address. Most orders will ship out next day via USPS and can take up to two weeks to arrive. However, most orders are delivered within 3-4 days within 24 hours of an order placement.

Order Changes
Any changes to your order must be received the same day the order was placed since we normally ship next day. Any charges or refunds due will be handled accordingly.

Shipping Times
All in-stock orders usually ship the next day, other than the weekend and holidays. Due to demand for our Dawg Kennel diapers, we’ve had to split inventory between our stateside and China warehouses. Any diaper order may come separately in a shipment and take up to 30 days to arrive.

Economy Shipping
• Economy orders are filled in the order they are received within 72 hours.
• You will receive email notifications of your order status.
• Economy orders are shipped using the least expensive shipping method and can take up to ten (10) business days to arrive.
• All orders are sent with a tracking number to the email address on file with PayPal.
• Occasionally, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause a delay with your order. We’ll keep you updated using the email address provided during the checkout process.

Locating Your Shipment
All orders will include a tracking number. There have been rare occasions where the tracking information on USPS’ system is delayed or remains updated. This is beyond our control. Please give your order a full two weeks before contacting us via email. Usually the post office’s system is lagging and instantly becomes updated a day after a customer’s inquiry request. If you fail to receive your order due to an error on our part, no worries…we’ll get a new package out to you!

If the tracking information shows your package being delivered and you can’t find the package, be sure to look everywhere. Carriers have been known to leave packages under bushes, behind a car, inside the garage, at the back door, behind a doormat and even with the neighbor.

If the tracking information shows that the package has been returned to Diaper Dawgs, please contact us by email. You may have given us the wrong shipping address or your name may not have been written on your mailbox according to some post standards. If the error is on your part, you are responsible for subsequent shipping charges.

Observed Holidays

We observe the following holidays with our family: New Years Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, and a winter break from Christmas Eve through New Year’s Eve. Emails will be returned on our next business day. Orders will also begin shipping out on our next business day. Occasionally, we may close due to other circumstances (like weather).
