All of our products, with the exception of consumables, have a 30-day return window.

Due to governmental regulations and the hygienic nature of our products, Diaper Dawgs can only accept customer returns that are unopened, unused, and re-sellable.

All returns of unused items to will incur a 10% restocking and handling fee to offset our shipping/handling costs.

Products must be in new and unused condition with original packaging intact. Products that are not in new and re-sellable condition are subject to additional fees and/or non-credit for returned merchandise.

For a return, please send an email to support@diaperdawgs.com with your order number and reason for returning. Refunds are at our discretion and unavailable in cases of fraud.
